The Timex T78141 Youth watch is reliable, durable, and readable in the dark, thanks to the integrated Indiglo night-light, but it's also flat-out fun to wear. This quartz analog watch features an easily readable, full Arabic numeral display and smaller 5-minute notations on the outside of the dial. It also has a small helicopter that rotates around the dial with the hands, and a comfortable fabric strap (for better dirt and stain resistance) with camouflage pattern. This watch also offers water resistance to 30 meters (100 feet), durable translucent green resin case, different colored hour and minute hands, and Timex's unique Kids Loss Protection Plan. It's recommended for children ages 6 and older.

We bought this for our 5 yr. old to teach him how to tell time. The band is nice and stretchy and adjusts for every child's wrist size. The watch itself is very small in size and perfect for young children. This is smaller than a woman's size watch. The watch is very simple but the different colored hands and the minutes listed above the numbers make these very easy to teach kids how to tell time.
